Custom-designed for the Nitro Aspirated class, Noonan's A-fuel ylinder heads were especially developed around the RPM band and maximum throttle response requirements in this vehicle class.
Our A-fuel cylinder heads are manufactured from high-quality tempered billet material, and finished by 3D CNC machined contouring which improves surface shine and resilience for an unmistakably elegant look. This ensures these NA cylinder heads maintain a streamlined, lightweight design without sacrificing strength or sturdiness.
This fully billeted race cylinder head design is completed with deck-faced O-ring and valve cover O'rings, which achieve a super-tight gasket seal to prevent oil leakage without resorting to the use of silicon sealants.
The A-Fuel series was also designed for maximum versatility. Noonan can implement Drain Back Drillings on request to suit late-model blocks. This means less oil retention in the top end of the motor so oil is returned to the sump or tank, resulting in increased reliability. We've also tailored the design to accommodated 9/16" push rods, for racers seeking that extra boost to stability.
For maximum performance the A-Fuel Cylinder Head must be coupled with the Noonan A-Fuel Manifold. The A-Fuel Manifold has been manufactured to attach directly to the intake valve, which allows for better air flow and better throttle response. This results in more efficient performance and breathtaking acceleration.
