The Mach I Alcohol was developed as the next evolution of horsepower designed specifically for the PDRA open valve size limit categories and the NHRA Top Alcohol Funnycar and Dragster categories. Whilst only new to the market place, Annie Whitely recently reset the World's fastest Top Alcohol Funnycar MPH at her second outing of the 2018 season.

Our Mach I cylinder heads are manufactured from high-quality 6061 T6 tempered billet material, while 3D CNC machined contouring improves surface shine and resilience for an unmistakably elegant look. Our products maintain a streamlined, lightweight design without sacrificing strength or durability.

But we aren’t satisfied with being at the forefront of the industry. Noonan is about pushing boundaries. We aim to take the industry to new frontiers. That’s why we’ve introduced a host of exciting features befitting one of the best alcohol cylinder heads around.

We’ve integrated spring oilers to enhance spring lifespan. We’ve also crafted the Mach I racing cylinder head to fit 9/16” push rods, and installed deck-faced O-Ring and valve cover O-Rings for a rock-solid gasket seal that guards against oil leakage.

We can also offer, if required, Drain Back Drillings to suit late-model blocks. This means less oil retention in the top end of the motor so oil is returned to the sump or tank, resulting in increased reliability. The cylinder head offers a 55 degree seat profile using USA made A25 and A3 beryllium intake and exhaust seats material.
